FAQ

Do I need prior injectable experience?

No. The program is designed for providers at all experience levels. The online foundations module brings everyone to the same starting point before the in-person day. If you have prior experience, you will refine and deepen it. If you are starting from scratch, you will build a solid foundation.

What license do I need to enroll?

You must hold an active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, PA, or RN license. You are responsible for confirming that performing aesthetic injectable procedures falls within your licensed scope of practice in your state.

Do I need to bring my own model?

You are required to bring 1 model minimum (2 recommended) — a friend, family member, or colleague who meets standard candidacy criteria and consents to training-supervised treatment. Models receive treatment at 50% off the standard retail rate. If you are unable to bring a model, a patient volunteer from our pool may be available — contact us before your session to arrange this.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation 30+ days before your in-person date: full refund minus $250 administrative fee. Cancellation 15–29 days before: 50% refund. Cancellation fewer than 15 days before: no refund. Credit toward a future session may be issued at instructor’s discretion.

Does this training count toward CME or board
certification?

This program is a hands-on educational training experience. It does not provide CME credit or board certification. Completion of this program does not, by itself, authorize you to perform procedures independently — your state licensing board and scope of practice govern that. We recommend consulting your malpractice insurer before beginning independent practice.

How many trainees are in each session?

Two to three. That’s it. The small cohort is not a selling point — it is the program. More than three trainees per instructor per day means less hands-on time, less individualized feedback, and less real skill development. We will not change this.
